BenchMark Development Group is a client-oriented service organization. Our workplan and milestones are designed to ensure maximum, yet sensitive involvement of our client in every significant decision during the development process. We pride ourselves on our ability to meet or exceed client expectations while remaining within the constraints of budget and schedule. BMDG's principal designer personally reviews each product element prior to delivery to the client.

Put simply, we view quality as "performance to expectations." In these terms, the expectations are those of both our client and of BenchMark. The essence of quality and the responsibility for achieving it never rests with a solitary individual, but rather with the project team as a whole. We view our clients as integral members of the project team. Obviously, in order to achieve an acceptable level of quality, it is imperative for each to have a clear understanding of the other's expectations. We take great care to identify our client's expectations and establish a project team and work plan to ensure that they are met. We typically find that our clients have numerous expectations which include technical accuracy, instructional soundness, error-free product performance, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. Although BenchMark is responsive and flexible in meeting client expectations, we employ a systematic approach to developing instructional and software products which has been proven effective time and again.

We strive to meet all criteria on each project: quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. Our approach when all three cannot be met, is to immediately open the channel of communication to begin discussing the issues and options. We believe we are working together with you as a team. Therefore, the philosophy we employ is one of timely and honest deliberation of mutually acceptable solutions.
